Distant Love
Disneylove
i will long for the end of this day,
whilst my love is far away;
yet i'll know she'll come to me,
as the sun sets into the sea.
she rose before me this morn,
as i danced amidst my dreams;
the nightshade veils were drawn,
as she shone the sun's first beams.
her radiance pierced my eyelids,
and warded the darkness away;
gently she summoned the sunshine,
its warmth, its brilliance, its play.
with all of the power of Horus,
she willed the world to turn;
with lyric, song and chorus,
she willed my heart to yearn.
no siren, sprite or princess,
born from walt disney's pen,
could have bade me press
from hades to rise and shine again.

Horse nonsense
Horse Sense
Nay, said the stallion to the mare,
Way, said she in hoarse despair;
Nye, said he that mounts the fair,
Whhiiiii, said she that mates the pair.
Haaayyy, said he that wants to graze,
Waaayyy, said she that lights his days;
Haaawww, said he that gets the craze,
Wwhoowww, said she that wins his praise.
She holds her ground and daren't bolt,
Her steed rears up with mighty jolt;
He rides his queen with no revolt,
Their love is sealed by spring's fine colt.

Your face matches your beautiful words...strong, and kind. The photos are beautiful and would make great oil painting material. The photo of the horses made me smile. Great way to start another day. Thank you
Beautiful and stunning pictures too.
Simply lovely and fantastic photos too.
Fun stuff. The horse bit was very creative and fast-paced. Seems like something children should be singing in unison as they play. Very pleased with your poetry and your outlook; a fun site to visit. Thanks again. Cheers.
